Does submitting a request cost anything?

No. The initial trip request is free. If the trip needs a separate planning fee, it will be explained and agreed to before any planning work begins.

What can you help book?

Travel planning can include hotels, resorts, tours, cruises, and coordinated multi-stop trips. The exact booking options depend on the destination and the trip.

Where does payment happen?

Travelers pay the applicable travel supplier through its secure booking flow. TravelCharted does not collect payment card or passport information through this form.

Is TravelCharted Pro required?

No. Advisor planning and TravelCharted Pro are separate. Pro adds advanced tracking tools; it is not required to request or book a trip.
